'' This one-day instructor-led course will give you an excellent introduction to the professional practice of project management, as set forth by the Project Management Institute’s (PMI’s) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), as well as best practices, lessoned learned and other insights from Babbage Simmel’s Project Management Professionals (PMPs) and Practice Leaders.
