Course Description:
'' Our one-year, full-time programme is designed to take the students through 3 key stages, each being a prerequisite for the next. Stage 1 and 2 are predominately taught phases, followed by Stage 3, the applied phase, in the form of a project/dissertation and completion of ‘Developing Your Managerial Competence�portfolio. Students enter the programme in September and complete 12 months of study as a single cohort. Graduation normally takes place in December for students on the full-time programme.
During Stage 1 courses include:
Managing Emerging Contexts
Developing your Managerial Competence
Understanding Financial Principles
Managing your People
Managing Marketing Relationships
Managing Operational Processes
Analysis for Decision Making
In Stage 2, students undertake ‘Claverton: Entrepreneurship in Action� On completion of this element of the programme, students move on to courses in Strategy, Change and Managing in a Virtual World followed by a choice of options.
