'' Our Executive MBA programme attracts managers seeking to achieve an equitable work-life-study balance. Its flexible format offers multiple start dates throughout the year with an accelerated fast track to complete in 2 years or the facility to decelerate and extend study for up to a maximum of 5 years. Executive students have the choice of either the ‘Claverton: Entrepreneurship in Action�or ‘Integration�
Our part-time model follows the same 3 key stages as the full-time programme. Students may start the programme with any one of the modules in Stage 1 with a requirement to study ’Managing Emerging Contexts’ and ’Developing Your Managerial Competence’ early on in the programme.

In Stage 2, students have a choice of either the ‘Claverton: Entrepreneurship in Action�or ‘Integration�which draw together the functional knowledge gained during the first phase of the programme to embed enterprise skills along with an understanding of how high-performance and creative teams are developed and managed.
On completion of this part of the programme students move on to study Strategy, Change and Managing in a Virtual World, with a choice of options to broaden their knowledge in a specialist area of their choice.
