'' Management of the supply chain, made up of a complex set of product flows, production processes and distribution channels, requires cross-functional understanding as well as sound technical and managerial skills. These skills are becoming more and more important in an expanding market, with the inevitable challenges brought about by the globalisation of operations.

The Cranfield Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (CLSCM) is Europe’s largest faculty specialising in the management of logistics and transportation, and is globally regarded as a centre of excellence. This course is designed around a series of core modules that will provide you with the necessary knowledge and analytical tools to meet the challenges that face logistics and supply chain managers today. This is achieved by:

The taught programme - including a structured lecture series, tutorials and seminars, case studies and ’hands on’ computer work.
A group project report - where you will work with your peers in small teams on a real-life company-based project.
An individual thesis - which will allow you to either tackle a research-based topic or to work closely with an international organisation. Both options give you a chance to carry out research of ’real world’ significance.
The course is both stimulating and challenging and the friendly staff are always ready to give help and assistance when required. You will be able to meet on a regular basis with your personal tutor who will also provide you with guidance on all aspects of your thesis.

You will also benefit from being in one of Europe’s leading business schools with its unrivalled facilities including a comprehensive management information resource centre, a purpose-built computer studio and comfortable lecture room facilities.

On the Cranfield campus you will find facilities that make your stay at the university enjoyable and worthwhile.
