'' Measurement is worthless unless actions are taken on the measures, learn the tools and techniques needed for effective action planning and management of performance improvement initiatives.

Be able to select and prioritise improvement projects
Have practised the principles of Actions In Progress (AIP) management in a class exercise
Have applied the principles of Hoshin planning in a case study.
