During our lifetime, we develop attitudes and beliefs that affect our behaviour towards others, understanding the roots of these behaviours will help you to improve your relationships.

During the programme you will address your own individual development needs, however, content typically covers:



Developing and sustaining effective work relationships
Managing organisational change and transition
Building empathy and greater sensitivity towards others
Dealing with conflict and managing stress
Balancing work and home life.
After the first module, you have eight to ten weeks to apply the new learning in the workplace ending with a two-day follow-up. Due to the intense nature of this programme, the course has a maximum of 10 delegates allowing for personal attention in an intimate environment and helps individuals become more aware of themselves and how they relate to others.
