'' This course is designed for applicants wanting fundamental skills of marketing relating to price, product, place and promotion. Those without formal qualifications, but who have extensive managerial and executive work experience, are eligible to be considered for enrolment in this course.
Students study units in competitive marketing strategies, marketing intelligence and research, buyer behaviour and analysis, electronic marketing, business research, marketing of services, tourism and event marketing, and public relations principles.
Course Entry Requirements / Prerequisites
Applicants must have a degree from a recognised institution and at least two years work experience or at least five years substantial managerial or executive level work experience.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.
Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course consists of four units and can be completed in one semester full-time or equivalent part-time. International students studying in Australia on a student visa can only study in full-time mode.
