'' This course is designed for applicants working or wanting to work in a field that requires knowledge of business law and who are interested in furthering their studies into the legal and practice aspects of law. Students may specialise in a particular aspect of business law through the large range of available optional units.

Students study units in legal environment unit then chose optional legal units ranging from international, criminal or internet law, through to industrial relations and public policy.

Course Entry Requirements / Prerequisites
Applicants must have a Bachelor Degree in any field from a recognised Australian tertiary institution or equivalent qualification, or substantial work experience including at least two years in the field of industrial relations, law or legal issues in commerce.

Recognition of Prior Learning
All applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis. Recognition of prior learning may be given to applicants who have completed equivalent units previously studied in another postgraduate course at a recognised Australian tertiary institution or equivalent qualification.

Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course consists of four units of study and can be completed in one semester full-time or the equivalent in part-time. International students studying in Australia on a student visa can only study in full-time mode.
