'' This programme is ideal for those holding executive positions in SMEs, credit managers, financial managers or administrative staff, sales managers, controllers, bank managers or other professionals in charge of granting and following up loans. The course is especially designed to allow those participants without previous working experience, who nevertheless have theoretical knowledge with diplomas in finance, marketing or management control, to follow the course. What will I get out of this programme? A comprehensive understanding of the essential knowledge, techniques and skills required to set up and optimise a customer loan management department, irrespectively of the companys size, sector or activity. Essential for those institutions wishing to integrate or set up a loans department. Methodology The programme is fundamentally based on active participation. Its pedagogical design incorporates problem solving, discussions of case studies and group work. Throughout the programme participants will be given various opportunities to develop their executive management skills: team work, situation analysis and diagnosis and the application of problem solving techniques.
