'' This programme is designed for people working in accounting and financial departments who wish to acquire a thorough understanding of balance sheet analysis techniques so as to be able to diagnose their company’s economic and financial situation.
Financial managers wishing to broaden their training and to learn how to draw up financial plans that are viable in terms of liquidity and profitability.
This programme is especially suited to alumni who have taken the Company Accounting and Tax Management programme and Cost Systems and Budgets as a complementary module to their training.

You will acquire precise skills which will enable you to formulate diagnoses and recommend company action plans based on a comprehensive analysis of economic and financial information.
You will draw up long term financial plans in order to demonstrate the viability of adopted decisions in terms of liquidity and profitability.
You will draw up management reports based on an analysis of financial statements and you will find out which are the key factors that should be taken into account depending on the type of company and who the report is addressed to.


Methodology
The programme methodology is totally participative and focuses on the practical aspects of the subject whilst encouraging participants to interact and perfect their skills.
During each session, case studies of companies are discussed and solved in groups thus enabling participants to apply the techniques they have learned during the programme.
The case studies cover service companies as well as trading and industrial companies.
