Training Course:Fostering Accountability Through Delegation: Accommodating All Generations of Co-WorkersSchool/Trainer:HEC Montréal Business school Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' Delegation is not always a practical or popular way of fostering accountability. Many of todays managers naturally delegate some of their everyday responsibilities and share their most important decisions with their co-workers. And once they have adopted this approach, they are never tempted to look back. For other managers, however, delegation is a long and arduous process that they tend to reverse at the first sign of difficulty.
The purpose of this seminar is to help participants improve: their ability to diagnose their management style and the styles of their team members; their ability to analyze the content of core activities that cannot be delegated, activities that can be shared and those that can easily be assigned to someone else; their overall skill set in order to better organize or reorganize their work strategies and the strategies of their co-workers.
