Objective Communication, as much internal as external, is a key mission in management. It depends on the skills and the stakes that must be shared by the specialists in the domain and all of the managers.
The development corporate communication missions favours more and more the advice of managers in order to implicate them in the conception and steering of communication strategies and processes.
Intended Public This programme is intended for all graduates with three years of study after high school for entrance into the 1st year of the Masters and all graduates with four years or more of study after high school for admission into the 2nd year of the Masters from all disciplines in higher education who wish to become corporate external or internal communications directors. This programme is particularly adapted to candidates with (through internships or missions) experience in corporate life or in the communication process (firms/organisations/projects). The specialty is also open to participants under the status of continuing education.
Organisation of Studies First year of the Masters: The first year of the Masters of Science in Management provides general courses on the Management of Organisations. It is the same for all of the students who will then choose their specialty for their second year. However, they will have the possibility, at the same time as the common-core syllabus, to discover the various specialties offered in second year through specific training courses called "Preludes".
Second year of the Masters: It is not really until the second year that students begin Management of Corporate Communication.
Programme Overview The number of students is limited, 30 to 40 participants. It is open to executives in continuing education and students in initial education. The pedagogic methods associate case studies, the experience of professionals, applied work in the field. Group work is emphasised in this programme.
Continuous student assessment is ensured for each course in the specialty and according to the methods announced by each professor. Regular and active participation throughout the programme is necessary to obtain the diploma.
