'' This program has been designed to help participants overcome the challenges presented by uncertain and critical times in an ever-changing corporate environment.
The theme in IAE’s Top Management Program (PAD) is leadership. During crises, organizations require determined leadership. However, success does not stem solely from individual initiative; rather it calls for the engagement of individual strengths to build effective groups and organizations in order to ensure survival and growth. The PAD provides a unique three-fold experience to enhance executives�

Organizational knowledge: The program illustrates how organizational systems and processes influence people in organizations.

Teamwork ability: The program is based on the case methodology, used by the world’s leading business schools and renowned for its systemic approach to teamwork.

Self-knowledge through the use of optional 360° evaluations and the Myers-Briggs model.

The curriculum includes interrelated knowledge and perspectives on strategy, leadership and transformation to help participants understand and lead their businesses more effectively amidst critical economic conditions demanding unusual approaches to hold strong positions in domestic, regional and global markets.
Classes tackle functional topics, such as Strategy, Finances, Marketing, Operations, H.R. and Control, emphasizing as well organizations�outer economic, ethical and social contexts.
The PAD’s first stage offers an introduction to all the topics covered in the program in order to provide and ensure background knowledge. Its second stage focuses on more operational issues, in order to pave the way for the third –and final- stage, which delves into strategy and environmental topics.
