'' This is a two-centre residential programme, with four days at Judge Business School in Cambridge and an optional four day session in Bangalore, India.
Outsourcing and offshoring are increasingly an important part of the business strategy of large and SME firms. Todays managers need to develop in depth knowledge and skills of the strategic outsourcing process for their business. Outsourcing represents and opportunity for organisations to create value.
The programme design will allow participants to develop a comprehensive understanding of the outsourcing and offshoring process, to develop an appropriate strategy for their organisation, learn from best practices, and to debate key outsourcing issues in a setting which provides an exciting and innovative learning experience.
Participants are likely to be managers who wish to learn the theory and techniques of outsourcing and to have the opportunity to develop an outsourcing feasibility study for part of their own organisations business and strategy.
Course participants will have access to leading research and practice from Cambridge and our academic and industry collaborators.
