Training Course:Executive MBASchool/Trainer:Kent Business School, University of Kent Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom
Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' The newly designed Kent MBA follows a flexible modular structure allowing participants to block off five weeks in year one and five weeks in year two.
Essentially we see the Executive MBA as a partnership between the individual, the organisation and Kent Business School.
Participants complete a full module in one week (Monday to Friday) which allows them to implement what they have learnt immediately on their return to work the following Monday.
Thye small class sizes mean that individuals are able to discuss the issues faced by their organisations and look for new ways of tackling old problems.
Finally, The Business Report, is a chance for the participant to add real value to his organisation by completing an in-depth consultancy project on a particular area of the business, exploring new markets or solving a problem. This Report is mentored by experts at the Business School and the participant has access to the primary research being conducted by the Applied Research Centres.
A Business Report can also be conducted by a Full-Time MBA participant who is currently not in employment.
Following the MBA we can provide support to those organisations who have sponsored their employees to complete the MBA programme through a continued mentoring scheme and continued professional development. ...''
