'' This new course offers graduates the opportunity to pursue their interests in both Computing and Management subjects at a postgraduate level. This MSc runs in collaboration with Leeds University Business School and is primarily for candidates with undergraduate degrees in disciplines other than Computing or Management.

Modules taken in the Business School will give students a firm foundation in essential management issues, including marketing, finance, and organizational theory. In the School of Computing candidates will be introduced to the core fundamentals of information systems and computer science, including programming, within an environment of cutting-edge computing research.

Typical careers
Having completed this course, graduates will be able to enter high-flying careers as IT professionals with both a sophisticated technical knowledge and the ability to approach the deployment of IT from a management perspective. Job prospects are likely to be in IT project management, the implementation of IT strategy in companies, the management of companies through IT-enabled change.
