'' The BSc in Automotive Dealership Management has been designed to meet the needs of school leavers and aspiring managers working in dealerships. The MSc in Strategic Automotive Dealership Management meets the needs of Dealer Principals, Senior Managers and Departmental Managers.

The programmes are offered by Loughborough University Business School and are open to managers from all marques. They are designed to enable both aspiring and existing managers to challenge current practice and to develop solutions with the potential to significantly improve the performance of their business.

Who Will Benefit?
BSc in Automotive Dealership Management: The BSc (Hons) in Automotive Dealership Management is the only programme of its kind in the UK. It offers a unique opportunity to attract bright young people to join dealerships and other automotive retail channels, or to develop the talents of existing employees with aspirations to higher management roles. Students are expected to work full-time at a dealership whilst studying part-time for a BSc degree in Automotive Dealership Management, funded by their sponsoring dealer.

MSc in Strategic Automotive Dealership Management: The programme is designed for Dealer Principals and Directors (departmental managers with relevant prequalifications might also apply). Highly motivated senior managers who have the potential to drive themselves and their businesses will benefit from this programme.

Programme Structure
Both programmes are part time and extend over a period of 33 to 36 months. Both involve a combination of short daytime modules, distance learning and workbased assignments and projects (the BSc also involves undertaking a series of exams). Both programmes are delivered via block release, and learning methods and assessment are tailored to participants�needs.

Entry Requirements
Entrants to the MSc programme will need managerial experience at an appropriate level. Some students may have previous qualifications or a degree, but this is not a prerequisite. Entrants to the BSc programme do not require managerial experience but may be asked to take an aptitude test to ensure they study the programme most suited to them.
