'' The Full-time MBA is divided into two distinct stages: the Diploma and the MBA.
Diploma stage - 13 courses (210 credits) The aim of the Diploma stage is to equip you with the tools for analysing management problems.
A number of core courses cover the basic disciplines of business and management. Each core course credit comprises 30 hours class time.
Teaching methods include lectures, case studies, tutorials and group project work.
MBA stage - 8 courses (150 credits) The aim of this stage is to allow you both to put into practice what you have learned during the Diploma stage and to deepen your knowledge in specialist subjects.
This includes a menu of electives, projects and special programmes from which you accumulate further credits.

Economics (15) Marketing (15) Accounting (Financial and Management) (15) Corporate Finance (15) Mergers and Acquisitions Project 1: (part one) (15) Soft Management Skills. This course is run across all three terms of the diploma stage and is worth a total of 15 credits. Winter term: (January - March
Strategy (15) Operations Management and Decision Modelling (15) Management Information Systems (15) People Management and Organisation (plus workshop) (15) Mergers and Acquisitions Project 1: (part two) (15) Soft Management Skills (total of 15) Spring term: April - June
