'' Central to this workshop is the completion of a 360º Leadership Profile and people will be unable to attend without a completed profile.It is essential that people register for this workshop at least 3 weeks prior to the start date. To enable participants to understand and develop the principles and behaviours of effective leadership, combined with a focus on the purposes that leaders must accomplish, to the point where they can apply these concepts to their work situations. Overview: This interactive workshop comprises a range of activities including knowledge building, 360º feedback on own leadership practices, group discussion, exploration of the key skills in Direction, Motivation and Guidance, and an action plan for enhancing skills into the future. A key factor highlighted as requiring development in New Zealand is leadership. To sustain organisations in the longer term, leaders must lead by simultaneously managing the present and preparing those they lead for the future. They must exercise both Performance Leadership and Change Leadership. Who Benefits: Leaders at all levels and people who are required to lead as part of their role.
