'' To enable participants build the skills so that they can effectively lead a group of people through a successful meeting which meets its objectives.
Overview: This interactive workshop comprises a range of activities including knowledge building, group discussion, exploration of the specific skills required in facilitation, personal reflection on own facilitation techniques, skill practices and an action plan for enhancing skills into the future. Meetings - on the one hand they can be so effective, but on the other they can be such a waste of time! A skilled facilitator can ensure that each meeting is regarded as worthwhile in that it achieves its purpose in a manner that enables everyone to contribute willingly to the outcome.
Who Benefits: Managers at all levels, people who are required to run effective meetings - both internal and external to their organisation - and people who attend many meetings and can assist the effectiveness of those meetings.
