'' A unique programme, delivered jointly by Middlesex University and the College of Ayurveda, that provides students who already have a degree-level qualification in ayurveda with the advanced knowledge and skills to enable them to practise professionally and independently as practitioners of ayurvedic medicine. The ayurvedic modules will be delivered by the College of Ayurveda, and the research and dissertation modules by the University. MSc students will be able to consolidate their knowledge and skills in ayurvedic medicine as well as specialise in the field of ayurveda through original research.You will be required to complete a 15,000-word dissertation. The Postgraduate Diploma is designed to give you advanced clinical skills, as well as to explore such specialities of ayurveda as Kaumarabritya, Stri-roga, Shalya-Shalakya, clinical research and advanced Kayachikitsa, including an in-depth knowledge of, and practical skills in, PaƱcakarma therapy. You will acquire detailed assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic skills in ayurvedic medicine during your 750 hours clinical internship in India and/or Sri Lanka.
