Knowledge Management

School/Trainer:

Middlesex University Business School
London, United Kingdom

Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced

Course Description:

'' Knowledge management is about improving the ability to acquire knowledge, improving the quality of knowledge, and using knowledge to its greatest advantage. Knowledge is not a resource that can be stored on a floppy disk; it is stored in the minds of people.

This course is designed for people seeking a career in this emerging business field . Knowledge Management is based around knowledge -how it can be represented, discovered, shared, and improved. This involves the use of computerised systems and people.

Computerised systems can help people share knowledge, and even automatically discover knowledge, but they don’t replace people. The key task of this MSc is to give you the ability to create systems that combine people and computers to usefully exploit knowledge.
