Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced
Course Description:
'' An innovative approach to business and management subjects of vital importance to a variety of organisations and sectors across the global business environment. A one-year, taught, full-time programme for recent graduates with a degree or equivalent in virtually any subject.
The degrees in Business and Enterprise and Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise, are designed to appeal to students who may have had little formal business education or work experience.
The programmes can also be a stepping-stone to a higher research degree, such as a PhD. In common with most taught masters programmes at UK universities, both programmes are delivered over a 12-month period.
The MSc in Business and Enterprise and the MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise offer graduates from virtually any discipline the opportunity to study business and enterprise, or specialise more in innovation, creativity and enterprise at postgraduate level.
These subjects are in great demand across the world from companies and organisations competing in a highly dynamic and competitive business environment.
Both programmes are academically rigorous and place great responsibility on individual students for their own learning. As you progress through the course, students taking the MSc in Business and Enterprise will have the choice of following one elective selected from a wide range of options. This includes a commercial placement elective, giving you the opportunity to work in a business organisation.
Students taking the MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise will take a further core module specialising in the study of innovation and change management.
The programme culminates with a dissertation or business development project (MSc Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise students only). We allocate a supervisor to give you advice and guidance and you will complete a Research Methods programme, designed to prepare you fully for the dissertation or project.
Entry Requirements A minimum of a second class UK honours degree or equivalent overseas degree in virtually any discipline with the academic skills necessary for entry onto a masters programme. Proof of English language competence is also required, if your main language is not English. ...''
