Course Description:

'' Innovation, creativity and enterprise are three inter-linked concepts that for many organisations, operating within the global economy, represent the essence of competitive advantage.

The course content for both of these programmes is delivered following an interactive workshop/seminar model.

An induction programme begins the week prior to commencement of formal studies. This introduces students to the teaching methods used, as well as enabling international students to settle into the university environment.

The modules
This programme runs in parallel with the MSc Business & Enterprise Programme and students will be taught together and take the same Semester 1 modules; both programmes will then take the same two core modules in Semester 2. Those on the MSc Innovation, Creativity and Enterprise programme also take Management of Innovation and Change as a core compulsory module - this is not offered on the Business and Enterprise programme

Personal Effectiveness and a Personal Development Plan
Personal Effectiveness explores the organisational (and individual) consequences of individual and collective actions and behaviour. Students need to engage in critical self-reflection. The Personal Development Plan will help you plan, monitor and review your academic programme.

Entry Requirements
A minimum of a second class UK honours degree or equivalent overseas degree in virtually any discipline with the academic skills necessary for entry onto a master’s programme.
Proof of English language competence is also required, if your main language is not English. ...''
