'' These are one-year, full-time programmes for recent graduates with a first degree or equivalent in virtually any subject. These programmes lay the foundations for a career in human resource management or further research.

The aim is to provide you with the skills and confidence to meet the challenges of your future career.

Specialist staff deliver a flexible programme of modules, which can be customised through the electives in Semester 2.

Confronting complex business problems may be hard work but you will never be alone. You will share your endeavours with students from a broad base of disciplines. Together, you will develop your teamwork and networking skills and be able to appreciate the complexity of organisational decision-making environments. You learn to enhance your capacity to generate new ideas and to create innovative working practices. These skills are fundamental to your career in human resource or general management.

Our MSc programmes are taught over two semesters, starting in September, with the summer dedicated to the completion of a dissertation. You should therefore plan for one calendar year of study. Building upon previous knowledge and experience, the programme is designed to offer a challenging and innovative learning experience.

Entry Requirements
A minimum of a second class UK honours degree or equivalent overseas degree in virtually any discipline with the academic skills necessary for entry onto a master’s programme.
Proof of English language competence is also required, if your main language is not English. ...''
