'' The aim of this innovative programme is to provide students with a sound theoretical and practical understanding of entrepreneurship, in preparation for a career in either self-employment or an innovative, entrepreneurial organisation. Participants are able to select their areas of specialism through elective modules in the second semester; whilst the project provides them with the opportunity to either learn more about research and the theory behind entrepreneurship via a dissertation or apply theory to practice through the formulation of a plan for launching a new venture or developing an existing one. Throughout the programme participants will be encouraged to learn experientially and to develop the attributes of the entrepreneur.
