'' The School of Business and Economics Executive MBA programme is aimed at managers with at least 5 years of work experience who now wish to address their personal and career development aspirations by embarking upon a rewarding and practical management development programme developed with their needs in mind.

The executive programme has been developed from our well-established full time MBA; involving the delivery of the same core taught components but in a structure far more appropriate for working managers who are unable to afford the luxury of taking a year away from the world of work for career development purposes.

During the elective period of the programmes we have also incorporated a number of elective themes more appropriate to the programme. These themes include:

Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Small Business
Public Sector Management
Legal Business
The programme is delivered in a modular format, over a period of, normally two years. The delivery and assessment of the programme takes place during weekends based in Swansea, more details of which are available upon request.
