'' The Operations Management course is delivered in two distinct modules. Part one, Global Supply Chain Management, examines framework for analyzing the behavior of complex supply chain networks, exhibits a strategic understanding of the value of information and techniques to avoid the bullwhip effect, examines the impact of supply chain strategic alliances and global sourcing as well as technologies and approaches used to reduce supply chain lead times. Part two, Performance Management, introduces participants to the technologies, processes and challenges of Integrated Performance Management with an emphasis on Operations Management. The course will introduce the use of Business Intelligence tools through the application of Business Intelligence software to specific cases. ...''
