Course Description:

'' The Library Technical Assistant program focuses on developing skills and knowledge in library operation. Areas of study include ordering, processing and copy-cataloging of the variety of types and forms of materials found in libraries. Students also develop understanding in library support services including interlibrary loan, basic reference and computer operations.
Sample Careers: Support staff positions in public, academic, school and special libraries.
