'' This course is designed for information technology professionals who have end-user experience with Windows operating systems and networks, and who will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Windows XP Professional workstations and supporting Windows XP users on an established network, either in workgroups or in Windows domains.
Overview: This is the primary course you will need to take if your job responsibilities include the support of Windows XP Professional computers.
