'' The Paralegal Studies program is a 24-month, 2008-clock hour training program designed to prepare the trainee to effectively and efficiently execute all the duties and responsibilities of a Legal Secretary and a Paralegal in any given legal setting. The three (3) month internship component of this curriculum provides the matriculant with practical field experience necessary to complete the training. In order to be eligible to enroll in this program, the prospective student must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification. To successfully complete this training, the student must have a minimum overall attendance of 80% and GPA of 2.0 with no grade less than a "C" in any of the core subjects. Upon completion of this program, the graduate is awarded the "Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Paralegal Studies."
