'' Quality Control technicians use a variety of scientific, mathematical and statistical processes to guarantee the quality of the products their firms manufacture. They apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of engineers and other professionals responsible for maintaining consistent manufacturing and construction standards.
In modern manufacturing environments, Quality Control technicians are involved in every stage of the production process and they often work with engineers to help improve production techniques.
The CCC Quality Control program is offered at its campus in Columbus. It was developed specifically to meet the growing demand for Quality Control technicians in industry. The technical and math skills required in the program meet the standards of the American Society of Quality Control on their certified quality technician test.
