'' QuickBooks “Learning-by-Doing�Operations class covers the basic functions of QuickBooks, including paying expenses, using checks or bills, recording customer sales, using sales receipts or invoices, managing accounts receivable, covering basic reports, and reconciling a bank account. The class will then move on to more advanced functions including customizing sales forms, memorizing and scheduling transactions, using a business credit card, issuing credits and refunds, customizing and memorizing reports, and year-end tasks. It covers the same material as the “Concepts�series, but at a slower pace. (Written materials are provided for all Business Development Center QuickBooks classes. Taught using QuickBooks Pro version 2007, but applicable to other QuickBooks versions.) ...''
