'' The Program for Management Development: Translating Strategy into Results is designed to prepare managers for the complex demands of leading their areas of responsibility within organizations.

The program recognizes managers�critical roles in translating organizational strategy into results, by leading and focusing their teams to contribute to strategic direction and organizational success.
