'' This unique program is specifically designed to help companies lead and implement successful outsourcing-offshoring strategies and solutions. If your company is already outsourcing offshore or is considering developing a globalization strategy that integrates outsourcing-offshoring and manages human capital globally this program is for you.
Companies participating in Successful Outsourcing �Offshoring Strategies will send individuals or teams of up to three key decision makers with current responsibilities for planning or managing outsourcing strategies offshore.
Participants will acquire a unique perspective for formulating outsourcing �offshoring strategies by exploring common frameworks, concepts, leading edge research findings and tools in a small group setting. The program blends state of the art academic research with speakers representing companies exemplary implementations. Examples of confirmed speakers include Frank Cocuzza of Penske, Charles L. Aird of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bill Metz of Procter & Gamble and leading outsourcing thinkers Michael Corbett and Chris Disher. The program will cover issues around contracts and the protection of intellectual property. There will also be a special session on the role of the board overseeing the audit committee in auditing risks of offshoring strategies.
Who Should Attend The course focuses on companies developing outsourcing and offshoring strategies, considering evaluation of existing strategies, or planning new initiatives such as offshoring engineering, product development and research and development.
