Program Objectives

The objective of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Certificate program is to prepare students with the knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and safety skills needed for entry-level positions in the HVAC industry. This will be achieved through discussion, lectures, and extensive hands-on lab experience with actual HVAC equipment. The program offers students the ability to work with and train on various types of equipment, tools, and instrumentation typically used in the field.
