What do cartoon characters, a new condominium, and broadcast news headlines have in common? All are put into motion through the work of animators.

The entertainment industry relies on animation to create the enchanting characters and heart-stopping effects that keep movie and game buffs asking for more. In medicine, science, and architecture, animation allows people to experience procedures, products, and spaces yet to be completed. Every day, animation is used to motivate or excite us.

Our Animation Art & Design program begins with a foundation in design. You learn to conceive and design two- and three-dimensional images using both traditional and digital techniques. Scripting. Rendering. Storyboards. You’ll alter, manipulate, and reconstruct your characters to interact with audio and video elements.

New markets for animators are expanding rapidly. As a result, our graduates are prepared for a variety of entry-level positions with film and video production houses, the gaming industry, television stations, multimedia companies, ad agencies, and other large corporate clients. ...''
