'' This qualification is an exit point for the qualification 39088QLD Advanced Diploma of Renewable Energy. On successful completion, learners will be able to plan, design, commission, diagnose and rectify faults, install & maintain smaller scale stand-alone renewable energy systems; sell renewable energy systems; and advise and consult to local government and large enterprises re energy auditing & management.

Entry requirements Completion of year 12 education in Queensland, its equivalent OR where experience and/or qualifications are indicative of success.Year 12 must have Physics and Maths B or C. Entry is also open to people who have completed a Certificate III/apprenticeship in a related area.
