Course Description:

'' The programs provide educational insights into core business functions including the leadership of people, managing finances and markets, unleashing the potential for innovation and change and also applying contemporary management theory and strategic thinking to improve and excel the positioning of an organisation. The programs are targeted at middle to senior business managers.

Students may exit from the Masters program with a Graduate Certificate after the successful completion of 40CP of core courses.

Attendance
The Graduate Certificate in Management - Innovation and Change is offered full-time and part-time on campus at the Nathan campus. You may choose to study courses at other campuses if or where the program structure allows. As a full-time student, you will generally attend 12 hours of scheduled classes per week throughout the semester. As a part-time student, you will generally attend 6 hours of scheduled classes per week.

Classes may be scheduled during the day and evening throughout the week. If you wish to study part-time throughout the program, courses are scheduled in the evening in alternate years, however attendance at daytime classes may be required.

International students must maintain a full-time study load.

It is optional to enrol in some courses in the Graduate Certificate in Management - Innovation and Change in intensive mode, (which allows you to progress through the program at an accelerated rate). Intensive courses are delivered in short blocks of 1 day, usually from 8 am to 5 pm on weekends. It is expected that if you enrol in these courses you will be available to attend.
