The emphasis throughout is on individual public sector managers, in their organisation and job roles, trying to lead from within a complex and uncertain environment.
This management education program is a joint venture partnership between Commonwealth, State and Territory governments. They are managed by a National Board comprising representatives of the Commonwealth and each State and Territory government. A National Secretariat, based in the Public Service & Merit Protection Commission (PSMPC), provides support for the Board.
The Graduate Certificate program is offered via the Public Sector Management (PSM) Program.
Career opportunities
This program is designed to provide a complete set of management skills to equip students to meet current challenges. Graduates will be prepared for the transition to senior management roles.
