'' These programs are for professionals who are working in digital image-related areas and who wish to extend their understanding and knowledge of digital media. They expose design professionals to digital imaging practice and trains them in related techniques and will allow them to enhance their skills and also bring them up-to-date with advances in digital imaging and production technology.

The Graduate Certificate award is available for students who successfully complete 40CP of courses within one of the specialisations.
Eligible students who wish to take their studies further and persue an individual research topic may undertake an Honours dissertation. The Honours program would provide them with an opportunity to progress to a research higher degree program.
Attendance
The Graduate Certificate in Digital Design is offered full-time and part-time on campus at the South Bank campus.
As a full-time student, you will generally attend 3 hours of scheduled classes per course per week throughout the semester. Classes may be scheduled during the day and evening throughout the week.
Students may take a reduced study load. You will be classed as a part-time student if you enrol in less than 40 credit points per semester. This may affect entitlement to Centrelink14 benefits. International students must maintain a full-time study load.
If you wish to study part-time throughout the program, a program structure showing a sequence of courses is provided so you can undertake 3 to 6 hours of scheduled classes per week. However, attendance at daytime classes may be required.
Career opportunities
Career opportunities include games design, visual communication design, advertising, marketing and public relations, digital publishing and broadcasting as well as e-commerce.
