'' Supervisors are an integral part of an organisation and their role impacts on staff productivity, motivation and performance. This two-day program is designed for the individual who is new to a supervisory role, or who wants to improve their performance in their current supervisory position. This program will provide participants with essential knowledge and skills to enable them to understand the role and function of a supervisor. At the end of the program, action plans will be developed and a workplace project set, which encourages participants to integrate learning into their personal work practice. A half-day follow-up workshop allows participants to evaluate progress, share experiences and explore strategies to enhance their effectiveness in the workplace.
