'' There are many different types of difficult customers and while they may only represent a fraction of customers we see each day, they can have a profound effect on one’s performance and motivation. Good customer care means happier customers and happier staff. This training workshop focuses on developing business attitudes and specialised skills required to create positive win-win outcomes. The course is scheduled for two ½ days to enable participants to implement and then review their strategies and responses to difficult customers.
