'' The ability to commercialise new technology rapidly is essential for competitive advantage in dynamically changing private and public sector environments. These programs are designed for working professionals who want to become change catalysts for the improvement of commercialisation processes. Successful graduates are equipped to make informed technology management and planning decisions, whether starting or operating high technology ventures or developing spin-off companies. The MSTC, developed in close collaboration with the IC2 Institute of the University of Texas at Austin, requires participants to undertake a full-year commercialisation project based on real technology. Companies benefit from supporting their employees to undertake these programs as a key outcome of the MSTC is the ability of students to develop and implement commercialisation strategies to capitalise on the IP of the enterprise.
