'' This program aims to provide graduates with knowledge and skills up to the professional level with some emphasis on logistics and supply chain management.
Entry requirements
Minimum educational requirements may be met by those applicants who have:
completed or partly completed a recognised higher education qualification at a recognised higher education institution.
successfully completed a recognised diploma or advanced diploma from a Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) institution, in business or a related discipline.
In addition, applicants must have completed courses equivalent to the following UniSA courses:
BUSS 1054 Introduction to Management
MARK 1010 Marketing Principles: Trading and Exchange
INFS 1011 Business Information Systems
ECON 1006 Microeconomics
LAWS 1002 Introduction to Law
ACCT 1005 Accounting, Decisions and Accountability
MATH 1053 Quantitative Methods for Business
COMM 1054 Managing Communication in Business
Three Elective courses
Broadening Undergraduate Education Elective
The program is taught in English.
In addition to the above academic requirements, for applicants for whom English is a second language, the minimum English language requirements are :
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test: Minimum score of 6.0 in Reading and Writing sub scores and minimum overall score of 6.0 obtained within the last two years or corresponding results from an equivalent test such as TOEFL, CET (Cambridge English Test) or UEC (University Entry Certificate at CELUSA); OR
Successful completion of a tertiary qualification at bachelor level or above completed in Australia within the last two years; OR
Successful completion of two or more years of tertiary study at bachelor level or above conducted and completed in English within the last five years in a country in which:
English is an official language; or
English is commonly used, as determined by the University.
Content/structure
The program provides a range of materials related to management fundamentals with an emphasis on logistics and supply chain management. The management curriculum covers the areas of human resources, economics, finance, ethics, resource management and project management. The supply chain management curriculum includes a study of logistics engineering, integrated logistics management and supply chain management.
