'' The program is designed to provide the fundamentals of the education and training necessary for the effective management of occupational health and safety in organisations.

Entry requirements
A relevant first degree, advanced diploma, three-year diploma or equivalent from a recognised higher education institution, together with a minimum of two years of appropriate work experience.

For international applicants for whom English is a second language, the minimum English language requirements are those which are standard within the Division and are outlined as follows:

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test - a minimum score of 6.0 in Reading and Writing subscores and a minimum overall score of 6.5;
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - a minimum score of 55 (21 in the computer based test) in Reading and Structure/Writing subscores and a minimum overall score of 575 (232 in the computer based test);
South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE);
University Entrance Certificate (CELUSA) - a minimum score of 70% for the three test/examination items and a minimum score of 60% for the other seven items; or
Previous successful secondary or tertiary study where English was the first language of instruction.
