'' This 1-day program is designed to develop advanced skills including managing multiple projects. This course does not include Project Server.



You will learn to

Ø Create customised views, templates and outline codes

Ø Manage large projects by creating master projects and subprojects

Ø Share resources between projects using resource pools

Ø Import information into your project from files from other applications such as word processing documents or spreadsheets

Ø Export project data for use within another program such as Microsoft Access or Excel or to another project management program

Ø Include graphic images or hyperlinks to other files or internet addresses in your projects





What skills you need

The ability to create and manage single projects using Microsoft Project, to the level covered in the Project 2003 Introduction course.
