'' This course will introduce the requirements for the establishment of a commercial web presence. Participants will have the opportunity to create a blueprint for their own commercial web presence.


Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course the participant will be able to:

�create a strategic web site plan �understand electronic commerce
�create a basic web site �be aware of web site marketing techniques
�understand the concepts of web site hosting �maintain a web site

Training Method
Training is conducted by professional trainers, using hands on exercises and user practise to consolidate concepts.

Prerequisite
Completion of the Internet Getting Started Workshop or an equivalent amount of experience. The ability to search and navigate the web is required. Participants must be able to use a mouse.
