Course Description:

'' Learn the essentials of effective training: identification of training needs, adult learning principles, writing performance objectives, session planning, training methods, presentation skills and more. This 3 day program is highly participative and gives you the opportunity to develop skills and plan and deliver an effective and enjoyable training session. The program is designed for those involved in the training of others in a formal or a one-to-one situation. To gain the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the unit ’Provide training through instruction and demonstration of work skills’ which is part of Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, you will need to complete an assessment. This national qualification is issued by a registered training provider, not the WEA. Assessment fees covered by WEA course fee. WEA issues Statement of Attendance only. PRESENTER: Karen Martin works as a trainer of adults and an assessor of workplace training in several institutions in Adelaide. Enrol in a WEA management course at the same time and pay a discount fee of $400 for this course and $148 for the other course.
