'' In the present era of globalization the laws and regulations governing international business are imparting the volumes of trade between the countries. The unification of existing laws between different jurisdictions of states is still in an evolving stage and hence the legal professionals and business managers have to get acquainted with customs and documentation practices while updating their knowledge of prevailing uniform codes.

The PG Diploma Program in International Business Law endeavours to equip both managers and legal professionals with the various legal complexities that have implications over business contracts.
